Questions

What comes in the scene ZIP?

The export can include transparent PNG layers, masks, a depth map, scene.json, rights.json, and a standalone preview.html. Plus adds an MP4 preview. If the video cannot be created, ParallaxMaker requests a full refund and keeps the ZIP available for its original download window.

What if the AI cannot separate my image well?

If separate layers cannot be created, we show a clearly labelled single-image preview so you can decide before paying.
